Os investidores com papéis do fundo imobiliário XPML11 vão receber neste mês dividendos no valor de R$ 0,92 por cota.

Os dividendos do XPML11 serão destinados aos cotistas posicionados até a última sexta-feira, dia 16 de maio. Assim, os que comprarem cotas do FII a partir desta segunda-feira (19) não terão direito a receber. O pagamento será realizado pelo fundo na próxima sexta-feira, dia 23.

Os rendimentos correspondem aos ganhos registrados em maio. O valor é o mesmo que o pago no mês anterior. Considerando a variação do valor da cota, o dividend yield do XPML11 ou de 0,88% no mês anterior para 0,86%.

Olhando para os últimos 12 meses, o FII registrou um dividend yield de 10,3652%.
