15ª desistência em 2022: Vix Logística anuncia cancelamento de IPO

Mais uma empresa entrou para a lista de IPOs (oferta pública inicial de ações) cancelados em 2022. A Vix Logística anunciou sua desistência na última segunda-feira (14), em comunicado enviado à Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM).

Segundo a companhia, o cancelamento de seu processo de abertura de capital ocorre “em decorrência da conjuntura atual de mercado”.

A empresa é a 15ª a desistir do IPO no ano de 2022. A Vix Logística tinha protocolado seu pedido de oferta inicial em julho último.

IPOs na B3 tiveram rentabilidade negativa em 2021

Um levantamento feito pela Economatica mostrou que no ano ado a Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo (B3) foi a casa de 47 aberturas de capital (IPOs). Apesar do volume alto, o maior da séria histórica ocorreu em 2007, com 59 ofertas iniciais de ações.

O estudo mostra que em 2021, na mediana até o final do ano, esses IPOs feitos no ano ado tiveram uma rentabilidade negativa de 22,24%, o que equivale ao terceiro pior desempenho desde 2004.

A Economatica lenbra que o pior desempenho até agora foi em 2008: quatro IPOs tiveram, na mediana, uma queda de 48,15%. O segundo maior tombo foi em 2016, quando uma única abertura de capital caiu 26,75%.

De todas as aberturas de capital ocorridas em 2021, apenas 12 terminaram o ano com uma rentabilidade positiva desde a oferta, segundo o estudo. A ação que mais se valorizou foi a do Assaí (ASAI3) que fechou o ano com uma alta de 343,67%.

Até hoje, desde 2004, 230 empresas abriram seu capital na B3, mas apenas 130 dessas continuam sendo negociadas na sua forma original.
