VILG15 pagará R$ 0,08 por cota e IFIX fecha em queda

O IFIX, índice de Fundos Imobiliários da B3, fechou nesta quinta-feira (4), aos 2.847,69 pontos, apresentando queda de 0,037%.

Com o resultado do IFIX hoje, o índice acumulou uma queda de 0,69% no ano. Em 2020 reportou uma queda de 11,79%.

Além disso, o mercado ficou atento ao BLMR11. O Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Bluemacaw Renda hoje informou que pagará R$ 0,45 em rendimentos referente ao mês de fevereiro. A data-base foi hoje, e os proventos devem ser pagos no dia 12 de março.

Por outro lado, o BRHT11B disse ao mercado que o fundo não possui lucros a distribuir na data base de 26 de janeiro deste ano. Já o CARE11 comunicou que não haverá distribuição de rendimentos referente ao mês de fevereiro de 2021.

Além disso, na noite de ontem (3) o VILG15 anunciou o pagamento de R$ 0,08 em proventos referente ao mês de fevereiro. A data base foi na última quarta-feira e o pagamento deve acontecer no dia 10 de março.

O ELDO11B também pagará R$ 0,31 em proventos referentes a este mês. Segundo o aviso aos cotistas, o pagamento deve acontecer no próximo dia 11, ao o que a data base foi ontem.
