O conselho de istração da Tenda (TEND3) aprovou, no âmbito da oferta pública de distribuição primária de ações ordinárias de emissão da companhia, o preço por ação de R$ 12,50, mediante a emissão de 18.750.000 ações ordinárias. O montante total chegou a R$ 234,3 milhões.

Segundo a Tenda, o novo capital social da companhia ará a ser de R$ 1.330.204.378,49, dividido em 123.094.246 ações ordinárias, todas nominativas, escriturais e sem valor nominal.

A oferta tem como coordenador líder o Bradesco BBI, além da participação da Caixa Econômica Federal.

Em comum acordo com os coordenadores da oferta, a quantidade de ações inicialmente ofertada foi acrescida em 25% do total disponível, ou seja, em 3,75 milhões de ações ordinárias de emissão da companhia, que foram destinados a atender excesso de demanda que foi constatado no momento em que foi fixado o preço por ação.

Em agosto, a empresa havia afirmado a totalidade dos recursos líquidos provenientes da oferta seria destinada para reforçar a estrutura de capital da companhia.

As novas ações da Tenda arão a ser negociadas nesta quarta-feira (6), sendo que a liquidação financeira dos novos papéis ocorrerá na próxima sexta-feira (8).
