O fundo imobiliário RECR11 anunciou nesta sexta-feira (6) o pagamento de R$ 1,0543 por cota em dividendos no mês de junho.

Os dividendos do RECR11 serão distribuídos aos cotistas em 13 de junho, desde que estivessem posicionados no fundo até o final do pregão desta sexta-feira (6). Desse modo, os investidores que tiverem cotas do FII somente a partir de segunda-feira (9) só terão direito ao benefício em uma próxima distribuição.

Os rendimentos do RECR11 são referentes aos ganhos do fundo ocorridos em maio. O montante representa uma queda de 22,5% em relação ao valor distribuído no mês anterior, quando o pagamento foi de R$ 1,3608.

Os dividendos do fundo resultaram em um dividend yield de 1,24%, menor que o anterior, que era de 1,61%, já considerando o valor da cota negociada. No intervalo de 1 ano, o DY é de 14,6749%.
