PT pede a inelegibilidade de Jair Bolsonaro

O Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) enviou um pedido para tentar a inelegibilidade de Jair Bolsonaro ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).

 

O pedido aconteceu após a reportagem de capa da Folha de S.Paulo que relata que empresas apoiadoras o capitão reformado do exército supostamente pagaram para pacotes de disparo de mensagens falsas pelo Whatsapp contra o PT. Jair Bolsonaro e PSL negam as acusações.

 

 A pratica pode ser considera crime eleitoral, segundo as diretrizes do TSE, já que desde 2015, empresas são proibidas de fazer doações ou financiamentos eleitorais.

 

Segundo a Folha de S.Paulo, os apoiadores de Bolsonaro fecharam a compra de “disparo em massa” usando a base de contatos do PSL e também das agências contratadas.

 

A utilização de base de dados de terceiros também é considera ilegal pelo TSE. Só é permitido o disparo de informações para bases de dados do próprio partido.

 

Além da inelegibilidade do candidato do PSL, o Partido dos Trabalhadores também pede a quebra do sigilo bancário e telefônico das empresas que foram denunciadas na matéria.
