Procon-SP emite nota orientando consumidores em relação a voos para Argentina

Em meio à crise argentina e a greve geral que acontece desde ontem em Buenos Aires, O Procon-SP anunciou em nota medidas para orientar o consumidor sobre o cancelamento de voos para o país vizinho.

Segundo a nota, o órgão de defesa do consumidor deixou claro que mesmo não sendo o culpado pelos transtornos causado, é dever de cada empresa tentar prestar os auxílios necessários para que o cliente não se sinta lesado.

O Procon-SP recomenda que o consumidor, antes de se dirigir para os aeroportos, entre em contato com as empresas aéreas para ver se qual a situação da viagem.

Caso o voo seja cancelado, são direitos do ageiro:

  • Ter prioridade no próximo voo da companhia  ou ser direcionado a outra companhia
  • Informações prévias sobre o cancelamento da viagem
  • Receber o dinheiro de volta da quantia paga, além de hospedagem paga por conta da empresa.

Por último, o Procon de São Paulo também aconselha os consumidores a tentar entrar em contado com o responsável pela aviação civil no aeroporto em que estiver, ou o guichê da empresa contratante, para saber quais medidas serão oferecidas no caso do cancelamento. Se não houver respostas, tentar entrar em contato com o órgão imediatamente.
