Petrobras (PETR4) planeja venda da sua fatia na BR Distribuidora no 2T20

A Petrobras (PETR3; PETR4) está dando continuidade ao plano de vender sua participação na principal operadora de postos de gasolina do país, a BR Distribuidora. A informação foi divulgada nesta quarta-feira (17) pelo jornal “Reuters”.

Petrobras (PETR4) planeja venda da sua fatia na BR Distribuidora no 2T20
A Petrobras (PETR3; PETR4) iniciou a fase vinculante referente à venda de sua subsidiária integral Petrobras Biocombustível (PBIO).

A estatal planeja concluir a oferta da sua participação na distribuidora no segundo semestre do ano, segundo duas pessoas com conhecimento do assunto. As fontes pediram anonimato por se tratar de conversas privadas.

A BR Distribuidora foi privatizada no ano ado por meio de uma oferta de ações. Atualmente, a Petrobras quer vender o máximo possível de sua participação restante de 37,5% na empresa.

A preços atuais de mercado, a participação da Petrobras é avaliada em aproximadamente R$ 9,7 bilhões. As ações da empresa caíram conforme o governo impôs as restrições para conter a disseminação do coronavírus (covid-19). As ações caíram 50% em meados de abril e se recuperaram, porém ainda registram uma queda de 25% este ano.

Reestruturação da Petrobras durante a pandemia

A companhia informou na última segunda-feira (15) através de um comunicado ao mercado que deu início a fase não vinculante referente à venda de quatro usinas termelétricas, a Arembepe, Bahia 1, Muricy e Canoas. De acordo com a estatal, o negócio está atrelado a melhoria do portfólio, bem como a uma melhor alocação de capital da Petrobras.

A empresa também anunciou na última sexta-feira (12) o início da fase vinculante referente à venda de 100% das ações detidas pela Petrobras International Braspetro B.V. (PIB BV), e outras subsidiárias da companhia, na Petrobras Colombia Combustibles (PECOCO).

Além disso, a Petrobras informou nessa quarta-feira, através de comunicado, que deu início a divulgação do processo de venda de suas participações no Polo de Alagoas que conta com sete campos de petróleo, sendo um campo marítimo de águas rasas e seis terrestres.
