Petrobras (PETR4) aprova pagamento de R$ 10,3 bi em dividendos

A Petrobras (PETR3;PETR4) aprovou nesta quarta-feira (24) o pagamento de R$ 10,3 bilhões em dividendos, equivalente a R$ 0,78 por ação ordinária e preferencial em circulação, com base no resultado anual de 2020.

Segundo fato relevante divulgado há pouco pela petrolífera, o valor é equivalente a 5% do capital social da Petrobras. Do montante a ser pago, R$ 5,7 bilhões são referentes à destinação do resultado do exercício de 2020 e R$ 4,6 bilhões advém da conta de reserva de retenção de lucros, informou a estatal.

A data de corte para os detentores de ações negociadas na Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo (B3) será no dia 14 de abril de 2021. A record date para aqueles que possuírem American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), negociadas na New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) será o dia 16 de abril de 2021.

As ações da Petrobras serão negociadas ex-direitos na B3 e NYSE a partir do dia 15 de abril de 2021.

Todos os valores serão atualizados pela variação da taxa Selic de 31 de dezembro de 2020 até a data do pagamento.

Lucro da Petrobras vai a R$ 59,890 bi

Pouco após a divulgação da aprovação do pagamento de dividendos, a Petrobras apresentou seus resultados trimestrais referentes ao quarto trimestre de 2020. No período, a empresa registrou um lucro líquido de R$ 59,9 bilhões no período, revertendo prejuízo de R$ 1,5 bilhão no terceiro trimestre de 2020.

A receita de vendas da companhia totalizou R$ 48,467 bilhões entre outubro e dezembro do ano ado, uma queda R$ 15,1 milhões contra o valor registrado no mesmo período de 2019.

Já Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, depreciação e amortização) ajustado da empresa ficou em R$ 47,043 bilhões nos três últimos meses de 2020.
