Omega Geração (OMGE3) tem lucro líquido de R$ 49,4 milhões no 4T19

A empresa de energia renovável Omega Geração (OMGE3) apresentou lucro líquido R$ 49,4 milhões no último trimestre de 2019. O valor representa uma queda de 33% em relação ao mesmo trimestre de 2018, quando registrou R$ 73,9 milhões.

A operação, anunciada em julho, consiste na compra pela Omega de parques eólicos da Eletrobras no Rio Grande do Sul

Os dados foram divulgadas na noite da última segunda-feira (2) no site da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). O lucro antes de juros, impostos, depreciação e amortização (Ebitda) avançou 69% no quarto trimestre de 2019, para R$ 243,8 milhões.

A receita líquida da Omega também teve crescimento, de 60%, no quarto trimestre de 2019, para R$ 330,7 milhões. No último trimestre de 2018, a empresa de energia renovável obteve R$ 206,5 milhões de receita.

A dívida líquida da companhia no último trimestre do ano ado foi de R$ 2,81 bilhões, uma alta de 55% em relação a dívida líquida do mesmo período de 2018, de R$ 1,81 bilhão.

A capacidade instalada da Omega Geração chegou a 1.047 megawatts no quarto trimestre do ano ado. O avanço foi de 65% na comparação com a capacidade de 636,7 megawatts do ano anterior.

Aquisição realizada pela Omega

O Conselho istrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE) aprovou a compra pela empresa brasileira de energia renovável Omega Geração SA do Complexo Eólico Assurua III de 50 MW ao final de fevereiro.

A Omega adquiriu 100% das ações do Fundo de Investimentos em Participações em Infraestrutura Energética Renováveis ​​(FIP IEER) na CEA III (Centrais Eolicas Assurua III).

A Omega Geração realizou um follow-on em setembro do ano ado e conseguiu recursos para a compra de três projetos. O braço de geração da Omega Energia tem foco em adquirir negócios já operacionais. A empresa possui, atualmente, 34 empreendimentos.

No ano ado, os papéis da Omega Geração valorizaram aproximadamente 106%. Para o CEO da empresa, Antonio Bastos Filho, isso foi resultado de um desenvolvimento dos investidores com o setor de energias renováveis e também com a empresa.
