O FII XPML11 divulgou em comunicado que vai distribuir R$ 0,92 por cota em proventos aos seus investidores. Os cotistas do fundo XP Malls vão receber seus dividendos em fevereiro.

Os proventos do XPML11 serão distribuídos em 25 de fevereiro, para os cotistas posicionados no fundo imobiliário no fechamento do pregão de terça-feira (18). A partir de quarta-feira (19), as cotas aram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos.

Os rendimentos do XPML11 ficaram estáveis na comparação com o mês anterior.

Já considerando a variação do preço da cota mês a mês, o dividend yield do XPML11 estava em 0,96% no mês anterior e atingiu os 0,93% neste mês.

Com isso, o DY anualizado do fundo ficou em 10,1971%.
