FII RBRF11 pagará R$ 0,10 para seus cotistas

O fundo imobiliário RBR ALPHA MULTIESTRATÉGIA REAL ESTATE (RBRF11) vai pagar dividendos de R$ 0,10 por cota em dezembro, segundo comunicado publicado pelo FII.

Os cotistas que serão contemplados com o pagamento de dividendos do RBRF11 deverão estar comprados nas cotas do fundo até o final do pregão de 10 de dezembro. Sendo assim, não receberão esses rendimentos aqueles que estiverem posicionados no FII somente a partir de quarta-feira (11).

Os rendimentos do RBRF11 correspondem aos ganhos registrados em dezembro. Frente ao montante pago no mês anterior, o valor é um avanço de 11,1%.

Com os proventos, o dividend yield do RBRF11 resultou em  11,4226 nos últimos doze meses.

O DY do FII ou de 1,33% para 11,4226% de um mês a outro (considerada movimentação do preço do ativo na bolsa), enquanto o rendimentos distribuídos pelo fundo no mês anterior foi de R$ 0,0900.
