O fundo imobiliário FDO. INV. IMOB. VBI PRIME PROPERTIES (PVBI11) vai pagar dividendos de R$ 0,55 por cota em dezembro, segundo comunicado publicado pelo FII.

Segundo comunicado publicado ao mercado, os proventos do PVBI11 serão pagos no dia 6 de dezembro. Serão contemplados os cotistas posicionados no fundo no fim da sessão de 29/11/2024. Desde segunda-feira (2), o fundo imobiliário ou a ser negociado sem direito ao benefício.

A distribuição anunciada hoje é referente ao mês de novembro e representa estabilidade em relação aos rendimentos do PVBI11 anteriores.

O dividend yield do PVBI11 ou de 0,69% no mês anterior para 0,74%, já considerada a variação no preço da cota.

No acumulado dos últimos 12 meses, o dividend yield do FII é de 11,1619%.
