O FII BTG PACTUAL LOGISTICA FDO INV IMOB – FII (BTLG11) anunciou em um comunicado que vai distribuir aos seus cotistas R$ 0,78 por cota em proventos no mês de fevereiro.

Os proventos do BTLG11 serão distribuídos em 25 de fevereiro, para os cotistas posicionados no fundo imobiliário no fechamento do pregão de sexta-feira (14). A partir de segunda-feira (17), as cotas aram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos.

Os rendimentos do BTLG11 correspondem aos ganhos registrados em fevereiro. Frente ao montante pago no mês anterior, o valor é uma queda de 10,2%.

No mês ado, os dividendos do BTLG11 somaram R$ 0,8682 por cota. Com isso e a variação do preço na B3, o dividend yield do BTLG11 foi de 0,91% para 0,82% nesta comparação.

O dividend yield do fundo nos últimos doze meses é de 10,6626%.
