O fundo imobiliário XP Malls (XPML11) anunciou nesta quinta-feira (18) o pagamento de R$ 0,92 por cota em rendimentos em julho.

Os proventos do XPML11 serão distribuídos em 25 de julho, para os cotistas posicionados no fundo imobiliário no fechamento do pregão de quinta-feira (18). A partir de sexta-feira (19), as cotas aram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos.

Os lucros que serão distribuídos foram obtidos pelo fundo imobiliário em julho. O valor é igual aos rendimentos do XPML11 distribuídos no mês anterior.

Com a variação do preço na B3, o dividend yield do XPML11 foi de 0,83% para 0,81% na comparação com o mês anterior.

O dividend yield do fundo nos últimos doze meses é de 9,3246%.
