Os investidores com papéis do FII XPCI11 fecharão este mês com mais dinheiro na conta, graças aos rendimentos no valor de R$ 0,90 que serão pagos pelo fundo imobiliário.

O pagamento será efetuado no dia 12 de abril. Apenas os cotistas com cotas do FII XPCI11 ao final do dia 28 receberão os rendimentos, ao o que os papéis aram a ser negociados sem direito ao provento a partir do dia 29.

Os rendimentos do XPCI11 correspondem aos ganhos registrados em março. O valor é o mesmo que o pago no mês anterior.

Com a variação do preço na B3, o dividend yield do XPCI11 foi de 1,01% para 0,99% na comparação com o mês anterior.

O dividend yield do fundo nos últimos doze meses é de 12,8452%.
