Os cotistas do fundo imobiliário RBRR11 vão receber em setembro dividendos no valor de R$ 0,85 por cota.

Os proventos do RBRR11 serão distribuídos em 17 de setembro, para os cotistas posicionados no fundo imobiliário no fechamento do pregão de terça-feira (10). A partir de quarta-feira (11), as cotas aram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos.

Os rendimentos do RBRR11 a serem distribuídos dizem respeito ao lucro obtido pelo fundo em setembro, e representa estabilidade em relação ao registrado no mês anterior.

Com os proventos, o dividend yield do RBRR11 resultou em  11,048% nos últimos doze meses.

O DY do FII ou de 0,94% para 0,93% de um mês a outro (considerada movimentação do preço do ativo na bolsa).
