O governou realizou um leilão de quatro áreas portuárias nesta sexta-feira (22). Todas as quatro áreas são destinadas à movimentação e armazenagem de combustíveis.

O leilão começou às 10h, na sede da B3 em São Paulo. Das quatro áreas portuárias, três são de Porto de Cabedelo (Paraíba-PB) e uma no Porto de Vitória (Espírito Santo – ES).

Resultado do leilão

O consórcio Nordeste arrematou as três áreas do Porto de Cabedelo (AI-01, AE-10 e AE-11). O consórcio é formado pelas empresas:

  • Raízen;
  • Ipiranga;
  • BR Distribuidora.

O consórcio Nordeste foi o único interessado no terminal AI-01, e adquiriu por R$ 6,021 milhões.

O terminal AE-10 foi arrematado por E$ 18,005 milhões. O Terminal de Armazenagem da Paraíba (Teapa) até realizou o lance inicial, mas não elevou o valor da sua proposta.

A AE-11 foi a área mais disputa, recebendo lances seguidos do Consórcio Nordeste e da Teapa. Após 10 rodadas em viva-voz, o terminal foi adquirido pelo consórcio Nordeste por R$ 30.503.000,00.

O outro terminal (VIX30) no Porto de Vitória (ES), foi arrematado pelo Consórcio Navegantes Logística, com uma proposta única de R$ 165 milhões.

  • Valor: R$ 30.503.000,00

Terminal VIX30 – Porto de Vitória (ES)

  • Vencedor: Consórcio Navegantes Logística
  • Valor: R$ 165.000.000,00

Leilão chegou a ser suspenso

O arrendamento dos três terminais de armazenamento de Cabedelo chegou a ser suspenso pela Justiça. Isso, porque a Raízen judicializou a cessão dos terminais por não concordar com os termos do edital do leilão.

No entanto, na última quarta-feira (20), o Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª Região (TRF-1) decidiu liberar o leilão das quatro áreas portuárias.
