Itaú Unibanco compra 11% de participação na Ticket

O Itaú Unibanco anunciou hoje a sua entrada no mercado de benefícios trabalhistas com a entrada na Ticket Serviços como parceiro minoritário. A fatia de 11% inclui também exclusividade na distribuição de produtos de benefícios a trabalhadores para pessoas jurídicas.

Itaú (ITUB4) foi 'pontapé inicial' da agenda de balanços do 1T22 divulgados nesta semana

O banco agora incluirá, entre sua oferta de produtos e serviços, os benefícios emitidos pela Ticket e destinados a clientes de atacado e empresas de tamanho micro a médio. Clientes PJ do Itaú receberão com exclusividade os produtos Ticket Restaurante, Ticket Alimentação, Ticket Cultura e Ticket Transporte.

“É uma parceria estratégica, uma vez que não atuávamos no mercado de benefícios. Agora, poderemos oferecer uma gama de serviços ainda mais completa a nossos clientes corporativos”, afirmou Candido Bracher, diretor executivo do Itaú Unibanco.

O acordo ainda precisa ser aprovado pelo Cade e pelo Banco Central. O Itaú não obtém controle sobre a Ticket, que paermanece sob a Edenred S.A.
