O fundo imobiliário Iridium Recebíveis Imobiliários (IRDM11) anunciou nesta quarta-feira (9) o pagamento de R$ 0,72 por cota em rendimentos em abril.

Os dividendos do IRDM11 serão destinados aos cotistas posicionados até o dia 9 de abril. Assim, os que comprarem cotas do FII a partir de 10 de abril não terão direito a receber. O pagamento será realizado pelo fundo em 16 de abril.

Com o resultado obtido no mês de abril, os rendimentos tiveram uma queda de 10,0% em relação ao mês anterior.

No mês anterior, os dividendos do IRDM11 aos seus cotistas somaram R$ 0,8000. O dividend yield caiu de 1,19% para 1,05%, já considerada a variação no preço da cota.

No acumulado dos últimos 12 meses, o dividend yield do FII é de 13,4643%.
