IRDM11 fecha entre maiores baixas e IFIX encerra em queda

O IFIX, índice de Fundos Imobiliários da B3, fechou nesta terça-feira (25), aos 2.799,18 pontos, apresentando uma queda de 0,13%.

Com o resultado do IFIX hoje, o índice apresenta uma queda de 2,47% no ano. Vale destacar que em 2020 o indicador reportou uma queda de 11,79%.

Além disso, durante o dia o mercado ficou atento aos fundos imobiliários que anunciaram o pagamento de rendimentos.

FIIs informam pagamento de proventos

Confira os rendimentos anunciados entre ontem (24), após o fechamento do mercado, e hoje:

  • EDGA11 pagará R$ 0,102 por cota, no dia 31 de maio, ao o o último dia de negociação das cotas com direito ao provento foi ontem (24) e os rendimentos são referentes a abril
  • ELDO11B pagará R$ 1,27 por cota, no dia 2 de junho, ao o o último dia de negociação das cotas com direito ao provento foi ontem e os rendimentos são referentes a maio
  • FINF11 pagará R$ 0,4877 por cota, em amortização parcial,  no dia 31 de maio, ao o o último dia de negociação das cotas com direito ao provento foi ontem e o período de referência é maio.
