O IRB Brasil (IRBR3) indicou para compor seu conselho fiscal a advogada Márcia Cicarelli, representante da Berkshire Hathaway no Brasil. A formalização da mudança na estrutura da companhia deve ser realizada na próxima assembleia da empresa, no dia 30 de março. As informações foram divulgadas pelo jornal “O Estado de S.Paulo”.

IRB (IRBR3) aprova nova política de remuneração

A indicação da advogada não teria sido feita nominalmente pelo megainvestidor Warren Buffett, mas pode indicar um movimento de aproximação entre sua empresa e o IRB.

Uma mudança na assembleia do IRB já havia ocorrido no ano ado. Werner Romera Suffert, indicado pelo Banco do Brasil (BBAS3), deixou o Conselho de istração após o processo da oferta subsequente de ações (follow-on), o qual vendeu ao mercado as participações da Caixa Econômica Federal e do BB.
