Greve da Receita Federal: Carf suspende julgamentos de servidores que reivindicavam bônus

O Conselho istrativo de Recursos Fiscais (Carf) suspendeu os julgamentos desta semana relativos ao início de uma greve de auditores da Receita Federal.

A decisão do Carf se deu ainda nesta terça-feira (16). Os grevistas reivindicam a regulamentação do pagamento do bônus de eficiência da categoria de servidores da Receita federal.

Estavam previstas nove sessões entre terça e quinta (18) para julgar o caso.

“A medida se deve à falta de quórum regimental para instalação e deliberação do colegiado, motivada pela adesão dos conselheiros representantes da Fazenda Nacional, ao movimento grevista da categoria funcional”, informou o Carf em nota.

A suspensão foi definida pelo presidente do conselho, Carlos Higino Ribeiro de Alencar, em portaria.

O acirramento da mobilização foi decidido na segunda-feira (15) em assembleia, de acordo com o Sindifisco Nacional, entidade que representa os auditores.

A categoria também decidiu fazer um protesto e não usar os computadores da Receita nesta terça, 16, e quarta-feira, 17.

Auditores também reivindicam orçamento para a Receita Federal

Os auditores querem a regulamentação de uma lei de 2017, que trata do bônus de eficiência, o que não ocorreu até o momento.

Eles também alertam para a redução do orçamento da Receita Federal e falta de reposição de servidores por concurso.
