Ghosn é acusado de ar prejuízo pessoal de US$ 15 mi para Nissan

O jornal japonês Asahi Shimbun divulgou nesta terça-feira (27) que o ex-presidente do conselho de istração da Nissan, Carlos Ghosn, teria revertido prejuízos em investimentos pessoais para o cofre da montadora japonesa.

Segundo o periódico, Ghosn teria desviado US$ 15 milhões da Nissan em uma operação financeira ilegal, após ser cobrado por um banco.

A investigação sobre o caso é comandada pela Comissão de Vigilância de Títulos do Japão (Sesc), que descobriu o crime este ano, e inspeção de rotina do órgão da montadora.

A Nissan não se pronunciou sobre o caso até o momento.

Caso Ghons

Desde o dia 19, Carlos Ghons está preso no Japão. O executivo é acusado de de fraude fiscal e sonegação no período de 2010 e 2015, período que presidiu a Nissan. A investigação também atingiu o Conselheiro Gref Kelly.

Em decorrência das investigações sobre o período, ontem a Mitsubishi anunciou afastou o empresário do conselho istrativo do grupo ontem (26).

As acusações de Carlos Ghosn na Nissan também fizeram com que Conselho da multinacional votasse a favor da retirada do executivo da presidência do conselho de istração do grupo.

Ainda é esperado o desdobramento do caso na Aliança Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi.

Principalmente pelo fato do empresário ser o principal responsável pelo acordo entre as empresas.

Ontem, foi noticiado que em conversa com investigadores, Ghosn teria negado as acusações de fraude sobre ele.
