O fundo imobiliário XP Malls (XPML11) vai pagar dividendos de R$ 0,70 por cota em agosto, segundo comunicado publicado pelo FII.

Têm direito ao benefício os investidores que tinham posições no FII XPML11 até ontem, dia 18 de agosto. Esses receberão o pagamento dos dividendos do XPML11 em 25 de agosto.

Com o resultado obtido no mês de agosto, os rendimentos do XPML11 tiveram um aumento de 1,4% em relação ao mês anterior.

Em julho, os dividendos do XPML11 somaram R$ 0,69 por cota. Nesta comparação, considerando a variação no valor da cota, o dividend yield deste fundo imobiliário ou de 0,74% para 0,67%. Já o dividend yield do XPML11 em 12 meses é de 7,98%.

A tese de investimento principal do XPML11 é o investimento em shoppings centers. O fundo imobiliário XP Malls foi iniciado em dezembro de 2017 e seu é a XP Investimentos. O fundo imobiliário XP Malls tem cerca de 259.307 cotistas e um valor de mercado de R$ 1.940.081.771,45.

No último pregão na B3, o FII XPML11 encerrou negociado a R$ 103,85, alta de 1,97%. Nos últimos 30 dias, o papel variou 10,29%. A movimentação foi de 3,80% nos últimos 12 meses.

Outro indicador é o P/VP, obtido a partir da relação entre o valor da cota na bolsa e o valor patrimonial por cota, que no caso do XP Malls, esses números são de, respectivamente R$ 103,85 e R$ 99,31. Com isso, o patrimônio líquido total do XPML11 é de 1.855.193.521,79.
