FII MALL11 aumenta participação no Boulevard Shopping Feira de Santana

O fundo imobiliário Malls Brasil Plural (MALL11) aumentou sua participação  no Boulevard Shopping Feira de Santana em 1,8%. A informação foi divulgada nesta sexta-feira (26) via fato relevante.

O MALL11 já detinha uma participação de 28% no Boulevard Shopping Feira de Santana, e com a aquisição a participação do fundo no ativo ou para 29,80%.

O valor pago pela aquisição de participação foi de R$ 5,220 milhões, representando um cap rate anual de aquisição de 9,7% ao ano, sobre o orçamento projetado para 2021.

Segundo o FII, a operação é parte da estratégia da sua equipe de gestão de crescimento do portfólio, “através do aumento de participação em ativos da carteira que sejam resilientes, dominantes regionalmente e com geração de caixa consistente”.

Além disso, o fato relevante destaca que ” a equipe de gestão, juntamente com o Consultor Especializado, está conduzindo estudo e diligências para novas aquisições de participações em outros shoppings”.

Com 20 anos de existência, o Boulevard Shopping Feira de Santana é considerado um dos maiores e mais modernos shoppings do interior da Bahia.

Se acordo com o fato relevante, o imóvel é o principal centro de compras, gastronomia, serviços e lazer da região. “O shopping promoveu profundas mudanças no comércio da cidade, atraindo mensalmente um público de mais de 1 milhão de pessoas”, explica o documento.

O shopping tem uma Área Bruta Locável de 19.996 metros quadrados e oferece um mix de lojas, serviços e lazer. O ativo conta com mais de 120 lojas, seis âncoras, duas megalojas e quatro salas de cinema.

A cota do fundo imobiliário Malls Brasil Plural (MALL11) encerrou a sessão desta sexta-feira em alta de 0,21%, valendo R$ 95,00. No ano a cota tem uma queda de 9,86%, frente ao fechamento a R$ 105,39 em dezembro.
