O fundo imobiliário Kinea Renda Imobiliária (KNRI11) vai pagar dividendos de R$ 1,00 por cota em maio, segundo comunicado publicado pelo FII.

Têm direito ao benefício os investidores que detinham cotas do FII KNRI11 até o dia 30 de abril. Esses receberão o pagamento em 15 de maio. É importante destacar que os compradores a partir de 3 de maio não serão contemplados nos dividendos do KNRI11 desta distribuição.

Os rendimentos do KNRI11 ficaram estáveis na comparação com o mês anterior. Considerando a variação no preço da cota, o dividend yield deste fundo imobiliário ou de 0,74% para 0,67%.
