CVM acusa investidor da Triunfo Participações de ‘insider trading’

O investidor Aristido Reichert está sendo investigado pela Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) por crime de insider trading. O homem adquiriu 30 mil ações da Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A (TPIS3) nos dias 22 e 23 de fevereiro de 2016.

De acordo com a CVM, Reichert já possuía informações relevantes da empresa antes delas serem divulgadas ao mercado, o que caracteriza a infração ao disposto no artigo 155, §4°, da Lei 6.404/76, combinado com o art. 13, §1º, da Instrução CVM 358.

Segundo informações que constam no relatório da CVM, uma ligação do investidor com um operador da Itaú Corretora, onde o acusado teria citado que possuía notícias privilegiadas da TPI, foi enviada à CVM pela corretora da instituição financeira.

Investidor: Não (risos) isso aí é de um cara que é insider…(risos)”

No relatório da CVM, o órgão regulador destaca que no dia 23.11.2016 Aristido afirmou ter adquirido ações da TPI por ter conhecimento de uma informação privilegiada sobre os negócios da empresa.

“Quanto à alegação de que a informação já seria de conhecimento público e que teria sido inclusive objeto de notícias divulgadas na mídia especializada, o argumento, segundo a acusação, não mereceria prosperar porque, embora tenham sido divulgadas notícias acerca da necessidade de alongamento da dívida, elas não teriam mencionado a entrada de novo sócio mediante aumento de capital social da Companhia”, informou a CVM.
