CSN (CSNA3) negocia venda de até 11% da CSN Mineração (CMIN3) para Itochu Corporation

A Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, a CSN (CSNA3) informou nesta quarta-feira (16), que seu Conselho de istração aprovou uma Proposta Não Vinculante (Term Sheet) com a Itochu Corporation para a venda de participação minoritária de até 11% em sua controlada CSN Mineração.

Em comunicado enviado à Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), a empresa destaca que a consumação da potencial operação, está sujeita à aprovação prévia da CSN e da Itochu Corporation, e os termos finais estão sujeitos à celebração dos documentos definitivos, os quais incluirão condições usuais para operações desta natureza, tais como a aprovação pelo Conselho istrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade).
