Comgás (CGAS3) pagará dividendos e J no total de R$ 1,49 bi

A Comgás (CGAS3) anunciou nesta segunda-feira (6) que fará o pagamento de dividendos no valor total de R$ 1,47 bilhão e Juros sobre Capital Próprio (J) no montante de R$ 29 milhões.

Do total dos dividendos da Comgás, a companhia informa que R$ 1,12 bilhão serão pagos em ações ordinárias (CGAS3), pelo valor unitário de R$ 10,8. Os 342 milhões restantes serão distribuídos por meio de ações preferenciais (CGAS5), considerando o valor de R$ 11,4 por ação.

Já para o J da Comgás R$ 22,5 milhões serão pagos em ações ordinárias, no valor de R$ 0,21 por ação, enquanto os R$ 6,85 restantes serão distribuídos em ações preferenciais por valor unitário de R$ 0,23.

Serão considerados aptos para o recebimento dos dividendos e J os detentores de ações da companhia até o final do pregão do dia 9 de dezembro de 2021. A partir do dia 10 os papéis serão negociados sem o direito de recebimento. O pagamento aos acionistas ocorrerá em 20 de dezembro.

O pagamento dos J estará sujeito a incidência de 15% de imposto de renda retido na fonte (“IRRF”), diferentemente dos dividendos.

A empresa informou inad que os dividendos são referentes ao exercício social a ser encerrado no dia 31 de dezembro, enquanto o J representa o exercício até 31 de outubro.

Nesta semana, início de dezembro, chama a atenção dos investidores as empresas como Raia Drogasil (RADL3), Yduqs (YDUQ3) e Ser Educacional (SEER3) que irão pagar proventos, como dividendos e juros sobre capital próprio (J), aos seus acionistas.

Ao todo, serão 9 companhias que irão pagar dividendos nesta semana e, a Whirlpool (WHRL4), dona da Brastemp, é o destaque com rendimento de dividendos, ou dividend yield, de 5,35%. Já a Yduqs entrega rendimento de 1,57%, enquanto que o Banco de Brasília (BSLI4) distribui 1,10% aos seus investidores.
