Caixa abre novo pacote de demissão voluntária para 1.600 funcionários

A Caixa Econômica Federal reabriu nesta sexta-feira (26) o programa de demissão voluntária. O período de adesão é curto, do dia 26 a 30 de novembro. Em contrapartida, a meta é que sejam desligados 1.600 funcionários, com uma redução de custos de R$ 324 milhões por ano.

O anúncio foi realizado um dia após o economista Pedro Guimarães ser anunciado como novo presidente da Caixa, pelo governo do presidente eleito Jair Bolsonaro.

Durante os dias de adesão, podem se voluntariar ao pacote de demissão:

  • Empregados com mais de 15 anos de serviço (que ocupam cargos de confiança);
  • Empregados já aposentados;
  • Empregados aptos a se aposentar.

Funcionários que aderirem ao plano receberão uma indenização no valor de 9,8 salários-base. O montante será liberado de uma só vez, sem recolhimentos de encargos sociais ou incidência do Imposto de Renda (IR).

Além disso, os empregados que optarem pelo desligamento terão o plano de saúde mantido por 24 meses. Dessa forma, o Saúde Caixa não funcionará após ser completado dois anos de desligamento dos funcionários, e nesse caso não haverá possibilidade de prorrogação.

Já os aposentados pelo INSS terão condições diferentes. O plano de saúde da Caixa ficará disponível de acordo com o contrato de cada funcionário com o banco. Além disso, só estão inclusos empregados que se aposentarem até 31 de dezembro deste ano.
