O período de reserva para a oferta inicial de ações (IPO) da C&A inicia nesta segunda-feira (14). O prazo de reserva vai até o dia 23 de outubro.

As ações da C&A serão negociadas pelo ticker CEAB3. O valor mínimo da compra é de R$ 3 mil e o valor máximo é de R$ 1 milhão. O preço por ação da varejista será fixado no dia 24 de outubro.

Os papéis serão negociados na Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo (B3) no dia 28 de outubro. A faixa indicativa de preço por ação ficou entre R$ 16,50 e R$ 20. Com o preço médio em R$ 18,25, a expectativa é de que a C&A levante R$ 1,5 bilhão.

De acordo com o analista da SUNO Research, Rodrigo Wainberg, não vale a pena o investimento na varejista concorrente da Renner.

Segundo o analista, a C&A possui “sério conflito de interesse com o controlador, porque aproximadamente metade da emissão é para pagar intercompany loan (empréstimos entre as empresas) girando a 170%, enquanto a LREN3 (Renner) e a GUAR3 (Guararapes Confeccoes) é 100% e 110% respectivamente”.

Além disso, Wainberg salientou que a marca está “envelhecida”, e seu controlador é uma família holandesa que não conhece muito bem o varejo brasileiro.

“A marca C&A está envelhecida, o número de lojas permanece o mesmo em três anos, o Same Store Salle (SSS) no primeiro semestre de 2019 está abaixo da inflação.
