Os investidores do fundo imobiliário BTCI11 vão receber R$ 0,098 por cota em dividendos, de acordo com distribuição programada para o mês de junho.

Os cotistas que serão contemplados com o pagamento de dividendos do BTCI11 deviam estar comprados nas cotas do fundo até o final do pregão de 6 de junho. Sendo assim, não receberão esses rendimentos aqueles que estiverem posicionados no FII somente a partir de segunda-feira (9).

Os rendimentos do BTCI11 referentes a junho tiveram uma leve elevação em relação ao valor pago no mês anterior, de R$ 0,096. A variação percentual é de 2,08%.

Na comparação com a última distribuição de rendimentos, o dividend yield variou de 1,04% para 1,07%, acumulando em 12 meses um DY de 13,2675%.
