O banco BR Properties (BRPR3) pagará um total de R$ 23,6 milhões em dividendos nesta quarta-feira (30), tomando como base a posição acionária do dia 26 de abril.

Os dividendos pagos pelo BR Properties serão de R$0,049241223por ação ordinária, segundo consta no documento arquivado pela companhia na Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM).

O anúncio dos proventos foi feito em março deste ano, após aprovação do conselho de istração da companhia.

De acordo com o banco de investimentos, os dividendos serão deduzidos do resultado acumulado de 2020 e imputados aos dividendos mínimos obrigatórios do mesmo exercício, sem retenção de imposto de renda na fonte.

Lucro líquido do banco foi de R$ 13,4 milhões no 1T21

Segundo o balanço divulgado na temporada de resultados, ainda em maio, o lucro líquido foi de R$ 13,4 milhões no primeiro trimestre de 2021, sendo que o resultado financeiro do banco de investimentos foi de um prejuízo de R$ 17,2 milhões. Na linha final, o crescimento foi de 136% em relação ao primeiro trimestre do ano de 2020.

O Ebitda ajustado foi de R$ 61,1 milhões no período, crescimento de 14% com relação ao mesmo período do ano ado. Já a margem Ebitda cresceu três pontos percentuais, ficando em 74%.

A receita líquida de vendas teve um montante de R$ 82,3 milhões, com alta tímida de 8% em relação a 2020.

No pregão desta quarta (30), os papéis da BR Properties caem cerca de 0,11% no intradia por volta das 12h, ante um acumulado 4% de desvalorização no acumulado semanal.
