Os investidores com foco no recebimento de dividendos terão uma semana mais calma. Além do feriado na segunda-feira nos EUA — que diminui o volume de negócios no Ibovespa –, seguido pelo feriado nacional na terça-feira (12), a semana terá apenas três empresas distribuindo proventos com seus acionistas.

De todas as empresas negociadas no Ibovespa, apenas a Assaí (ASAI3) irá entregar proventos aos investidores. Fora do índice, Movida (MOVI3) e Coelba (CEEB3) também pagam dividendos aos acionistas.

Também no calendário de data de corte — dia que define quem tem direito a proventos — a semana será fraca: somente JHSF (JFSH3) e Tronox Pigmentos (CRPG5) estão na agenda.

Vale lembrar que os investidores que têm direito aos dividendos e juros sobre capital próprio não precisam fazer nenhuma ação. O valor dos proventos será depositado automaticamente na conta da corretora.

A empresa do setor imobiliário JHSF terá nesta semana a data de corte para pagar os R$ 125 milhões em dividendos que anunciou na semana ada. Quem quiser receber os R$ 0,18 por ação terá que ter o papel JHSF3 em carteira no fechamento do pregão de quinta-feira (14/10).

O valor corresponde a um rendimento (dividend yield) de cerca de 3,1% por ação, calculado sobre o valor de R$ 5,88 de sexta-feira.
