A Aliansce Sonae (ALSO3) reabriu mais cinco shoppings desde o último sábado (6). Após o fechamento de todos os centros comerciais provocado pelo coronavírus (covid-19), onze dos seus estabelecimentos já voltaram a funcionar com horário reduzido.

No último final de semana, os seguintes shoppings da Aliansce voltaram a funcionar:

  • Parque D. Pedro Shopping (Campinas)
  • Boulevard Shopping Bauru (Bauru)
  • Shopping Parangaba (Fortaleza)
  • Boulevard Shopping Belém (Belém)
  • Parque Shopping Belém (Belém)

Atualmente os onze centros comerciais abertos correspondem a 38% da Receita Operacional Líquida total e a 43% da ABL própria da Aliansce Sonae.

A Iguatemi (IGTA3) também comunicou ao mercado nesta segunda-feira (8) o retorno das atividades dos shoppings Iguatemi Campinas e Shopping Galeria. Isso aumenta o número total de centros comerciais abertos da companhia para nove.

Aliansce Sonae (ALSO3) registra lucro líquido de R$ 103,91 mi no 1T20

A Aliansce Sonae divulgou em maio o seu balanço trimestral referente aos três primeiros meses deste ano. Foi registrado um lucro líquido de R$ 103,91 milhões, equivalente a uma alta de 82,5% em comparação ao mesmo período do ano ado.

A margem líquida ou de 26,5% para 47,2%. Além disso, segundo a empresa, a receita líquida cresceu 2,4% na mesma base comparativa, saindo de R$ 215,26 milhões para R$ 220,36 milhões.

Adicionalmente, em função dos impactos econômicos da pandemia do novo coronavírus (covid-19), a Aliansce Sonae tomou medidas de preservação de caixa. O Capex planejado para este ano foi reduzido, a jornada de trabalho de seus colaboradores foi temporariamente diminuída, além de outras economias com G&A, como menores despesas com viagens.

“Seguindo a estratégia de gestão de portfólio, a Aliansce Sonae concluiu com sucesso o desinvestimento total de sua participação do Shopping Santa Úrsula desinvestimento parcial de 25% no Boulevard Shopping Vila Velha, dois ativos não-dominantes”, informou a istração.
