Alexandre de Moraes determina bloqueio do X no Brasil

O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou o bloqueio do X (antigo Twitter) no Brasil nesta sexta-feira (30).

O ministro Alexandre de Moraes já notificou a Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel) sobre a decisão.

Com isso, a Anatel tem até 24h para bloquear o X no Brasil.

O ministro do STF ainda determinou multa de R$ 50 mil ao dia para qualquer pessoa ou empresa que utilizar VPN para ar o X, antigo Twitter.

Com a decisão, a Anatel deve comunicar as operadoras para bloquearem o o dos usuários à rede social em breve.

A decisão também pode, futuramente, impactar as lojas de aplicativos, com o X saindo da Google Play Store e da Apple Store.

Alexandre de Moraes trava batalha com Elon Musk

Nos últimos dias Alexandre de Moraes e Elon Musk tem travado uma batalha por conta de decisões do ministro.

Recentemente o magistrado bloqueou todos os recursos financeiros da Starlink, uma companhia de serviço de internet de Musk.

A decisão foi tomada justamente para garantir o pagamento de outras multas que foram aplicadas pela Justiça brasileira à rede social.

No dia desta decisão, Elon Musk disse que a rede social encerraria suas operações no Brasil por causa das decisões do ministro.

Nesse contexto, o bilionário tem feito uma série de postagens atacando Moraes, chamando-o de “tirano” e “ditador”.

Atualmente o perfil de Musk, que conta com 195 milhões de seguidores, tem como postagem fixada um tweet com a frase “Alexandre de Moraes é um ditador maligno que se fantasia de juiz”.
